New Navigation Filter Option: Bookmarked destinations

Add an option to the Navigation Pane Filter options: Bookmarked Destinations. This setting, when enables, causes any bookmarked destination to always show up in the navigation panel regardless of its corresponding "type" filter.
The typical use case would be having your Fleet Carrier or "Home Base" Station always show up in navigation regardless of what you are filtering for (Poitns of Interests, Signal Sources, Other Stations, etc.)
More advanced uses are enabling no-galmap navigation of short trade routes, by having the desired systems and stations bookmarked, and having every other Filter setting disabled, such that the only things displayed on your Nav Panel are where you want to go in either direction.

I do think having a way to choose from a few 'Favorites" from the left-hand Nav. panel wouldn't be a bad idea at all.

Not Galmap. Navigation Panel Filters are the ones on your left panel outside of the Galaxy/System map.

No need to put yourself down like that, just clarifying in case someone else makes the same mistake.
I tried to be as clear as possible on my original post, because a lot of things have similar sounding and similar meaning names in this game!
