New NPC text radio chatter?

Saw what appears to be two new messages over the local channel from npcs.

I have a weird feeling I've seen the promenade one before? There are a bunch of text messages that are only used for a single random signal source put in seven years ago with no attached gameplay that may or may not even be possible to still find.
Likewise the honk one may have been from one of these random sources, I suspect I once found a signal source that was clearly supposed to represent a convoy of explorers, doing the typical thing of flying in a straight line in normal space far from any locations.

I could be hallucinating all of that, of course. But you see a lot of weird things when you stare into the void and try to flip a remote deep-space system when the only available lever is signal sources.

The promenade one is old, for sure.

For the "amazing data" and "honk" ones, there seem to be new explorer NPC-s that pop up in uninhabited systems in/near the bubble, though I've yet to see any local messages from them.

Around my construction sites all I get is "Nothing but dust and dirt here" messages, which I swear I've seen before from mining NPC-s in RES-s.

This.

Its nothing new, just simply rare as it is to see. It was orginally used in certain POI's.
