Penal Colony Power - Commanders in Charge of Commanders

Another interesting idea my friend - a group of people contained in an environment they cannot escape, with random outbursts of violence and poor living conditions, highly regimented lifestyle with little to no opportunities for relaxation or entertainment. Constant fear of being turned on by everyone else for some perceived slight, and one person in absolute supreme executive power, who can exile or execute anyone under their supervision at any time.

Lets call them Guilds!
