New Squadron

Hi I would like to make a new squadron in the Blua Eaec WW-E c14-1293 system theres 2 stations and 1 faction called Brewer Logistics. The system is in the middle of nowhere in the neutron highway. My name ingame is Varen520 and I've been allied with Brewer Logistics for a week and the game wont let me create a squadron with Brewer Logistics as the Squadron Faction.
How can I make the squadron with Brewer Logistics as minor faction ? Am I encountering a bug or is the game ment to be like that ?

Squadrons are not the same as a minor faction. You can create any squadron using your player.
A minor faction needs to be requested.

Some factions seem not to be available when making squadrons - Brewer is a special faction, so may well be one of them (Frontline Solutions is another, pretty sure I have come across others).

You wouldn't be allowed to create a PMF out there as it breaks the rules about being in the bubble.
