New stuff in store

I scrolled through that last night, and saw a fairly large number of paint jobs that I don't remember seeing before.

I don't window-shop, so maybe they have all been there a long time, but they were new to my eyes, at least.

Always happy to find new ship customization tchotchkes ...now if only the environment were such that others could see your glam -- like if they were targeting you! It'd be fun to be able to install a "radar view" update that displayed the targeted ship in high-res, multi-colored, zoomable detail.

When people rage quit, and we all say 'Giz ur Stuff', you should be able to sell your Bobbleheads and paint packs to us fanboi's

Oh hell yeah. Cant wait for the news Will is fired because he was caught illegally peddling bobbleheads on the grey market...

Do the XBOX store items change their "frontier points" cost? Are "frontier points" on sale on XBOX?

I think a new COVAS and the skull are coming my way on Monday.
I have a few ships that could do with a lick of paint.
I really wish I could get a Norman Lovett COVAS to go with my Leo Voice Pack for VA...
Speaking of which I think VA ate doing an update for season 4 that should hopefully cover the UI changes. Which should mean less faffing about reconfiguring controls.

Am I right in assuming that the parts in the raider ship kits always have the rusty paint, regardless of which paintjob you apply to the ship?
Been thinking about adding a few spiky parts to my pirate vessel, so this would be a nice opportunity, but I don't like the rusty paintjobs too much.
Would prefer if the parts inherited the ship's paintjob, but I'm afarid that's not the case.

I was in the mood to buy some new stuff on sale, but sadly I'm not seeing any images in any of the store items. They're all 404'ing.

These were the first bobbleheads that I ever bought and installed, and they immediately confirmed what I'd suspected all along (and wanted to believe, for my own personal immersion): No matter what some know-it-alls choose to cite from Ye Olde Game Lore (never the model of consistency, anyway), you ARE subject to G-forces/inertia in your cockpit in both Supercruise and normal space (and transitions between). Therefore, there MUST BE artificial gravity -- or at least G-force dampening -- otherwise you'd be blacking out or smashed to paste from some of the maneuvers your ship does.

Case closed by the bobbing pumpkin!* ;-)
