I hear what you are saying but as the forum is already very fragmented into Sections and Sub Forums (and highly moderated judging by the speed which this Topic was sent to another Sub Forum/Section) - I would suggest your point is moot.

Disagree. Complaining should be done in a thread by thread basis. if you have a negative area nobody would go there, and it implies that the sub forum is somewhat less important, whilst that my not be the case. We need the yin and yan in the same place.

Afterall, it's called "Dangerous Discussions", not "harmony corner".
Now where did i read some similary rubbish arguments whenever unpopular suggestions are made for "elite: dangerous".....i wonder.

If I may add a slightly tongue in cheek suggestion.. Make the new subforum "The glue factory" where all the threads continuing to beat dead horses and threads that devolve into those same "discussions" can then be duly consigned

I kinda agree with this.

In the one instance of this happening in another game, the moan forum is seen as a place for posts unflattering of the game to be moved to to die. It would be better if potential buyers of the game get an honest picture of the game, warts and all. There's plenty of positivity in the main forum & many of the "I'm quitting" threads are from players who already have more than 500 hrs in the game, more than I've played in anything else.

(Except WoT maybe.. )
