New to the game, need a little help please.

Hi there. Thank´s for this comunity.

About a week and a half ago I started playing Planet Zoo with my son. He was trying to make a zoo in Minecraft, so I told him about my time playing Zoo tycoon 2, so we decided to try this game with a couple of dlc's and we love it. For some reason we can't claim the pangolin costume for subscribing to the newsletter. Also we participate in the community challenge. He fell in love with the arctic fox, and we collaborated on the challenge with 231 North American gold animals. But we didn't receive anything after finishing the challenge and even our share is showing as 0 in the franchise achievements since the challenge ended. Before it showed us 231. I don't know if we are doing something wrong, if we don't understand how the reward systems work or if it is a game error.

In your zoo, while playing the game, when you go to the community challenge window, you should have the option to 'claim' the rewards. This is something you do while playing the game during the community challenge. The community challenge window is quite small, so you might have had to scroll down to see the 'claim' button. If you didn't see the 'claim' button, this might be why you missed it?

Hi. Thank´s for your answer. Yes, we claim the cc rewards. But at the end of the challenge there´s a huge gift box ¿How do we claim it?

The gift box just means that the challenge itself is completed by the entire worldwide PZ playerbase

Hooo. Jajaja. We speed up the game and we let it run during snack time, hoping to get "the gift." When we saw it again it was a chaos of Foxes, Lemurs, Red Pandas, North American prairie dogs, and protesters. Anyway we had a lot of fun and laughed a lot. Thank you for the answer and for the kind welcome.
