Where I'm from, "Deadly" in local terms means "the best", "excellent", etc. Highly appropriate

It's gone higher since this was taken, a bit over a year ago... one of these days I'll get around to finishing it off. Just hasn't been high on my radar for a while.
It's the CQC rank that's noteworthy in the OP ... never seen one that high....
