Night Building: A Light Around The Cursor or Active Object

I would like to see a light around the active object or track you are trying to build while building at night. I think it could really help when building rides, buildings, and scenery during the dark hours of the game. It could be an option.

RCT3 made the whole game brighter during editing, but I think a glow around the area of editing would be a better effect.
