This is a coaster i made for a contest on the dutch planet coaster club forum (http://planetcoasterclub.nl/community/)
Challenge:
Recreate the layout for the Baron 1989 from the Efteling and add your own theming, either Pirate or dutch theme.
The last 3 photos in the album tell the story of the harbour while you're queing.
In the year 1666, Captain Lockjaw arrived for the first time on Nightmare Harbour. Here he sees a lot of potential in the location and decides to buyout the tradeharbour with all his pirate money. Thus he has gained complete control of all the trading in the area.
After only a year he has already made more money than the original cost. Other sailors did not agree to this monopoly postion Lockjaw gained.
Thus they decide to use a dark ritual to attract the dark creatures of the deep to the harbour.
The result of the ritual is to been seen here...
