General No Aegis Defense home base?

My Squadron, the Aegis Defence Corp, was wanting to start a faction with Aegis Defence but found that they only have ships and no starport.
This is a bit odd considering that you'd think that they would have a starport and facilities to maintain and refit these ships of theirs.

Would it be possible to change/get one added Frontier?....

As they are a multi super power supported faction, they are mobile to be able to operate wherever a threat appears, and utilise (almost) any nearby starport/dock/facility, only areas with no super power presence wouldn't have to service them, and even then, they probably would because they are stopping thargoids from attacking.

It actually makes little sense for them to have a static base considering their remit of reacting to threats anywhere they arise.

I understand that they are a multi super power faction but where were their ships made to begin with? Was it from Aegis Core or Research perhaps?
But I do understand, probably will have to make a faction with Aegis Core.

Even mobile forces benefit from stationary bases for logistics, administration and public relations.
