.I actually didnt get the dss, was top 25%, claimed 12m reward but no module is stored there

In that case you should submit a support ticket with the relevant details and any evidence you have, they should be able to sort it out. Worth double checking you don't have a DSS in storage somewhere that has the extra coverage boost on it though as the process should be at least partially automatic based on the in game results ...
I submitted a ticket, created 13 days ago, when i finally decided to turn in the transaction, claim the 12m and the dss, they have told me the dss is one level 3 with 26% radius is "the correct one", but the thing is i engineered that module, didn't pick it from anywhere, bought it for a Krait Phantom, and in fact used it to scan the amonia worlds for the CG, at that time it was stock and later i engineered it to level 3, but now they tell me that it is the "one", i dont have any other dss engineered on my storage, or mounted on ships, got 2 other stock dss on Type-9 for the rings, and another on a DiamondbackX, thats why i searched again on this forum to see if i can get someone else's help.

That doesn't sound right! The reward one should show fully level 5 engineered with the radius at 40% (highest "normal" engineered radius is 30%). You wouldn't be able to get the reward one to 26% unless you removed the free engineering effects first ... You certainly couldn't have used it to gather data for the CG as it wasn't awarded until after that completed! I assume your module storage isn't full?
Not full, at the momment i was at Betancout Base to turn in the transaction i only had 10 total modules stored, the award dss was not there, now i have 30+ modules, never more than 40, definetely not full, been there at Betancourt 3 times, just to check again, before the Thargoid attacks, but nothing, and i should be able to see the module from any station and just transfer it right? i find it weird that they tell me my own engineered module was "the one", but i had it before they handed the rewards.

Yes, you should be able to see it in "Stored Modules" from any station. If you definitely haven't fitted it to a ship or transferred it anywhere then (if you had received it) it would show up in that list with the option to transfer to wherever you are. I would suggest reopening the ticket and questioning the response as the one they have indicated is the reward one isn't right.
