People are being thrown out of balance by Luna post on Reddit.

Correct. As FDev gave the double-engineered FSD to the top 75% last time (instead of the top 25% as per the terms of the CG) this time they are only giving the uber DSS to the top 25% in an attempt to balance things out.
Make sure your Cobra Mk IV has the Azure paint job CMDRs, or Universal Cartographics will not show up for you at Betancourt Base.
Yes it did say that to get the two weeks of x4 payouts we had to reach Tier 5.

Does 9000+ hours played qualify me?You only get the CG rewards when you have been playing the game for at least 10 years
Perhaps they will release the new scanner after the 3 weeks of high payout...to bring Balance.

that is the installed module, not one in storage.
Item rewards for CGs showed up one or two days after the Thursday when the CG would've ended (even if it finishes early). Tier 1 is a success for CGs, unless it is stated otherwise.
So patience, and don't believe everything someone posts somewhere on the interwebs.

Well, I want to start a two-week exploration tour because I get 3 times the price for these dates.
In return, I would like to take the new DOS with me.
Would now be a good time for me to post this...Even if it turned out to be T5 only fdev will cave to the inevitable protests. That's how we win CGs now - using RAGE!
(And it's just people being impatient as usual)
Hey FD, I didn't get the new sparkly DSS module, as I didn't make the top 75%, due to not bothering to deliver any Amonia World scans, as I was too busy reading the forum and doing other things. Now the CG has completed, I really wish I had bothered to get off my backside and scan a few AW worlds, as I think it would be really sad to miss out on this reward. So, any chance you could award it to me, as if I had taken part? I've also read that there were serious credits to be made here, so any chance you could pop a couple of billion credits in my account as well? Pretty please, with sugar on the top...
Yes I am joking for those that didn't realize it!...I did actually deliver one AW scan, for a previously scanned world I happened across on my way to the CG station to cash in some UC data I had sitting around - thought it might widen the "top 75%" bracket for those that were trying.
Did people here see this?

P.S. god knows why that isn't previewing correctly but basically an apology from Luna - bottom line, the CG completed (in some sense) and people in the top 75% will get the module in due course.
