No dock with VIPER (SOLVED)

Nothing about ships difference are in manual, so I have found hard to understand something:

I have take a Viper ship, I have take a mission of delivery on LTT 18486, but near the outpost (little station) in the tab of ask permission to dock, no dialogue is enlight (so I can't ask permission to dock) ... obviosily the ship is bigger than sidewinder (I think) ... but it's seem very stupid ( and no real) than I can't dock without to enter inside, seen there is not gravity (in real life shuttle don't enter inside the international station but stay near ...)

... more ... How I complete my delivery mission in outpost .....?

Viper can dock at all outposts, it is a small ship. T6 and up are medium and im not sure where large come into play maybe t7.

The reason you cannot dock is because the outpost is busy with players and does not have an open platform.

A quick fix is to jump into solo play that will definitely allow you to dock, otherwise just wait around a little until those people take off (and hope they didnt fall asleep there! lol)

There should always be an option to ask for docking permission, if the bays are full then it will respond with "docking permission denied". What options do you have when you select the station in the Comms menu? There should normally be at least 2, "set as target" and "request docking permission".

No options avaible, this is the problem ... it's not a denied docking problem, but in tab of request docking there is nothing.

No options and only the following:

"no contact in range"


.... (at 1km far from station)

What I do ... re-sell the new VIPER (at first mission) because don't work and re-buy the SIDEWINDER ....

.... I'm blocked and I stop to play waiting a solution or reply.

Have you removed your sensor module or disabled it ?
