No franchise dlc animals wasting our money

you cannot use DLC animals in franchise mode in planet zoo. Which is the the most popular game mode. I suggest you guys don’t buy any DLC until they fix this…
Been a Long time since release and only stupid small Bug fixes while they waste consumers money and give us laggy zoos when Building climb frames for primates. And cant have zoos with over 1.5-3k guests….
On Ps5 never had problems with other games than this.

Please give some information regarding gameplay breaking bugs, you guys never say anything about these things.
Meanwhile alot of people on Reddit and other Forums talks about these problems you dont respond. You just fix weird small problems and Call it a day…..

What are you talking about? Why woudn't you be able to use DLC animals in Franchise?? I only play Franchise and I have played with all the DLC animals and scenery.
Or is it for console? no clue how it works over there, but why on earth wouldn't you be able to play with all animals in Franchise?

My husband is playing on PS5 and his franchise has plenty of DLC animals in the market, and he has put them in his zoo.

Two questions:
1. Have you bought the DLCs on console?
2. Have you not seen any DLC animals appear in the animal market at all?

You might need to refresh the market. Sometimes species won’t be up for a while, they only show up when someone lists them for sale.

My husband says that the animal management tab doesn’t work at the moment, it barely loads and then you have to click multiple times to buy the animal. To be honest, this has been a problem since launch and probably has to do with server issues and not the game itself, or the console. It was why I gave up franchise and now only play sandbox or challenge.
