Ruskodisco Nov 30, 2015 #3 I think you maybe having the same issue I am having which is you can't land on planets due to a bug. One guy says it's because the game thinks you haven't bought horizons

Click to expand... I see. Thank you. I was able to land on a rocky moon and drive about for a while, so this icy planet must have had an atmosphere.
