No missions, conflicts not working

I played alpha, and just tried to play today. Played the tut fine, then loaded in main game. Seems to have loaded me in where I was at in Horizons, I found a station because I was way out. I land try to pick up some missions, all boards are at 0, so I figure maybe I have to do some conflict missions for some XP. I enlist go to planet get dropped off, there is no one there but me, I am the only one. What gives, from what I see here other people are being able to play missions even if they are having other issues.

Empty combat zones is a bug from alpha. If you log out, you restart, and NPCs generally show up. You might meed to run to the settlement.

As for no missions, that’s a server side issue. Haven’t seen that myself.
