No notification but the sound is there

I wasn't sure how to call this. But in my franchise zoo, I keep getting a staff notification or at least, I see a 0, hear the sound and then it disappears. It comes back just little bit later(a few seconds to a minute) I can't click it. The sound is the most annoying thing Honestly...

Same. It's probably the issue resolving itself immediately after sending an alert. It happened when I had too little staff rooms, but added more. Now sometimes they'll go to the full one, trigger an alert, and then go into an available nearby
