No NPC in civil war Frontline Solutions?

Hello guys,

I've been trying to play civil war by Frontline solutions, i can enter and go to the settlement in civil war but once i'm there i can't find any NPC from my faction or the rival faction. I'm playing on solo mode.

Can someone help me understand why?

Are you saying that you took a Frontline taxi to a settlement and there wasn't a conflict going on? If so it was probably just a glitch and I suggest you try again at a different settlement.

I take the taxi of frontier solutions to the settlement, and when i get there the ONLY thing i have is the points to conquer, i dont have any enemys to kill :(
I've tried with the 3 intensity levels, diferents sistems, and diferent days.

if I am understanding you correctly you want to get involved in a civil war ground combat
goto a system with a civil war ie cross swords icon
goto orbital space station sign up to frontier solutions there an pick a faction to fight for and a location as there may be multiple ground locations to choose from
after selection
the officer will say a shuttle/dropship will be leaving in 5 goto the combat dropship elevator (combat adverts on wall displays)
enter the dropship at the rear of the ship
good hunting 🤷‍♂️

That's it, but when i get on the settlement i had no enemys from the other faction to kill.
1 hour ago, i tried again and i already got enemys on the settlement but my team or the enemy team just stand still and dont move, simply shot lol
I think its my laptop, not have specs enough to process all the battle and moves. Cause this time that worked i had reduced the graphics to low.
Will try again now but in high intensity fight.

ya sounds like cpu struggling if they just stand still which is a bug that sometimes happens as that has happened to me in the past but in general I can get into a proper capture locations fight 8 times out of ten
if every time you try its the same it does sound like your cpu doesn't quite cut it
