Heather, he already tried multiple ways to get Frontier's attention. Including mailing them directly for support. Just forwarding him over and over to the same place where there is practically no help is not being helpful.
As an
official Frontier representative (even though only as a volunteer), you CAN be of MORE help. Brandon and me already spoke privately, and it is clear to me that he is walking against a brick wall whenever he tries to get help from Frontier.
When it comes to
gamebreaking bugs people rightfully expect more and maybe Frontier really needs to step up like others say as well. And it should definitely not require a
Priority status if it breaks the game.
Once again, you are not helping in this case.
I'm pretty sure these 2 are from Brandon.
I'm actually really annoyed and mad about how this is dealt with while its not even my problem and I think it's time a professional steps up to get this sorted.
