No shipyard or outfitting in new stations coming online today?

I've got a lovely new Coriolis station bustling with people, but no Shipyard, outfitting, or Universal Cartographics. Is this normal? Is it just that some stations don't, or is that the same for everyone? How are everyone else's newly activated stations?

And can I, as an architect, do anything about it?? 🤔

I would hazard a guess that a certain development level and/or tech level could be required before attaining shipyard/outfiiting services.

Are the stations fully built? I remember seeing what looked like construction pieces around mine as I flew out, but didn't hang around to check. Maybe it takes multiple weeks to complete? 🤷‍♀️

Mine seems to be fully active, spinning, mission board working (eventually) so yeah maybe it's a faulty conversion or I need to up the development level. I've got a handful of settlements/installations, but nothing that bumps the development scale yet. Will keep an eye on it

I too have this issue. I'm not sure if it's a proper conversion issue or not. My starport doesn't have Shipyard, UC, Outfitting, or Livery

I've seen speculation you need to raise development (or maybe tech?) score in your system to get these operational.

Mine has functioning landing and a working mission board, but when you disembark it's an aerie, empty station with the lights low and off. Only the Apex guy is standing behind his desk, model employee in an otherwise completely empty station!

I visited an artemis station built by many players. Its active, and the concoruse is populated fully. All services work.
My industrial outpost built first on monday is still under construction. Only the apex npc is present,everything else is closed.
Its obviously not "online"

Do I need to get to a certain level or build a certain satallite ?

My primary port still hasn't got it, but two outposts I've built since do, so not sure what's happening there 🤔

Ditto here, my Coriolis which was the initial port still doesn't have UC, but a science orbital outpost I built later has.

My asteroid base has been updated this morning with some services, missions but no market. The system is still cluttered with construction sites.
