No Signal to Monitor

I use the Astra voice pack. It is their flagship voice pack so they update if frequently and it has a lot of functions. The voice packs take a little effort to get setup but once you get everything running they work great and its hard to play without them.

I use ASTRA, but modified with additional commands for things like playing songs from my library, voice responses to my additional commands, etc. I use Ivona Amy as my default Windows voice synthesizer and she sounds close enough to the mp3 voice used for ASTRA to not disrupt immersion. I highly recommend Ivona voices (samples on their site) https://www.ivona.com/ . It is also nice to sit back with a cold one and use the Ivona mini-reader to have Amy read large documents, web pages, email, etc. Great for a read back during writing, as well.

VA is well worth it.
I also have the Kate pack but after the upgrade and the plugin I find it far too annoying as it's constantly doing things I do not want it to do, like flicking around panels when I board the ship etc.

I then realised the only commands I was really using was the ones I have added in myself.
So haven't bothered installing the hcs pack after reformatting.

So I'm happy I didn't install those updates :)
I also have added my own commands and mostly
found a Kate response, but TorTorden is right, you
don't actually need a pack to run VA

Hello from the future, guys! I had the same problem and some of your tips helped me! So thanks all of you!
By the way, TD2103, your build still good for gaming.
Guys, i found a few monitors that fit for my goals (and budget), but i don't which of them are good. Will you look at them, please? I need advice.

Iiyama. I might've said Acer but 60Hz refresh is too low. All the are others either too dim or too slow or have bad viewing angles

Alternatively just buy a really good gaming screen and plonk a USB multi-touch overlay on it - voila, best of both worlds

Wow! I even didn't thought about that. I think, I'll follow your advice. It sounds really advantageous. All i have to do is choose gaming screen) searching
Thank you!
