No tick today?

Something ticked - a war that was scheduled to end today has ended, but no other INF levels appear to have updated beyond that one.

As Konimai said, states seem to have resolved but no INF has worked its way through.

Seems only seen a state tick and little or no movement in inf. Only inf movement was in the system where the war ended.

It has already happened before. States updated but not inf. Cannot do a thing without Frontier involvment. And since it is the weekend...

yup, I was working bgs in multiple systems yesterday and in every system the influence level are identical to yesterday.

is there any point opening a bug report on this?

But let me understand. Today there was no tick, and we have to write a bug report to report the problem?

That today the system is jammed those Frontier did not notice?

I'm thrilled...

My faction completed expansion last night, with my faction appearing in the target system with 9%, and most influences seem to have changed too. Maybe because Expansion is a global state, unlike War?

there are state timer-related influence changes and daily transaction related influence changes - the former have happened and the latter have not

Not sure if you ignored my entire post, or are suggesting that any influence changes resulting from standard influence-changing activities (missions, trade, bounties etc) which occur at the same time as an expansion ending are "State-timer related influence changes".

Tick happened, expansion ended, influence for that faction changed in *all* 15-odd systems according to expectations.

It feels like you're the exception. In the area I watch (near the Old Worlds) the State tick happened but not the general Influence tick. Its possible that the faction you saw expand, and I presume is present in all/most of the 15 systems you watch, had a State tick change cascade through those systems, adjusting both its Inf and those of other MFs.

Can you approximate where in the bubble your 15 systems are?

In the 11 systems I watch they all remain static, i.e. no INF change on 22nd.

That doesn't seem to be the experience of others posting here this evening (GMT). Let's see what tomorrow brings.

Near the Old Worlds too, =~ 100LY away.

Yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking... as others are suggesting if you had a war or conflict end, which is a faction state local to a system, the influence changed accordingly (+/-4%), but since Expansion is a state which applies globally, and has an influence calculation, that it might do all influence calculations at that time. Assuming the tick stopped processing either sometime after or when states finished processing, it'd explain why we'd see influence changes everywhere.
