One of my ship don't have transfer module option. Why?

Without more information, it looks like you have nothing in storage that can be transferred to that hardpoint. Make sure the item you wish to transfer to that hardpoint is actually at the station you're at.

What is it that you're trying to do?

EDIT: It looks more like @GroG79 is right, storage is full...

I want to dismount items, I can't dismount nor weapons nor other items.

You can only store 120 modules "in the cloud". How many of those you already have in the "cloud/station storage"?? If you can't dismantle modules it is more than likely you "cloud storage" is full already... Suggestions above do not refer to you ship storage...

This one. The option disappears when your module storage is full. Happened to me just recently. Would be handy if it went red and disabled instead,

Storage is not full, with another ship on same station I have transfer option, and can dismount items and transfer from other locations.

Are you looking to swap a module that won't fit? I thought it redded out as a warning when that happens.

Does your ship meet the power requirements? Mass?, if you are at max mass you won't be able to install.

This might be the case for core modules but it shouldn't stop OP storing hardpoints.

The screen OP has provided shows hardpoints fitted, so should still show at least the Store option to store those weapons already fitted.

Either your storage is full (not entirely convinced you know how to tell, as you didn't screenshot it), or there's a bug in outfitting (can happen) and you should probably raise a support ticket. Still think it's that you're out of storage, as that wouldn't affect transfer.

Do you actually have anything stored in outfitting at the station? Or are you trying to transfer from ship A to ship B - that can't be done.

I am absolutely clueless then at this point, as it's not easy to tell from your pictures. May sound like a stupid question, but have you tried rebooting the whole game? Weird things happen that are sometimes solved with the old IT Crowd answer!
