I also feel that Planet Zoo needs some Nocturnal Animals like: Bats, Binturong, Red Wolves, and maybe some Badgers a Nocturnal Animals Pack would be good for Halloween but it probably wouldn’t get done before then.

Bats would require game mechanics that don't currently exist, I'm afraid. We might see the binturong in an Asian animal DLC at some point, it is a rather popular choice. The red wolf I'd rather skip, since we already have a number of wolves (generic timber wolf, Arctic wolf, and now the dingo).
In a perfect world they might include the kiwi in a nocturnal animals pack, but I doubt it.

I wonder if bats might be workable as an exhibit animal, particularly if some size variation was brought in at some point so they would have more room to fly.
There are a LOT of species that could be included in a nocturnal pack. I'm not certain, but if I had to guess, I'd say there's an equal amount of nocturnal and diurnal species on the planet. Racoons, most opossums, leopards, coyotes, aye-ayes, loris. Even creatures we have, like aardvarks, hyenas, and most big cats are mainly nocturnal. Many "nocturnal" creatures can be kept in regular enclosures just fine, the first four I listed, plus the ones we have are very common in normal enclosures. Nocturnal houses are usually just for small creatures that don't work as well in normal enclosures. I think a nocturnal pack would be best if it only had things like kiwi that are kept in nocturnal houses, otherwise the pack might as well be a "random animals" pack.
