No, Lystrosaurus went extinct millions of years before Coelophysis existed.
No, Lystrosaurus is from the Early Triassic, Coelophysis from the Late Triassic, probably at least 10 million years between them (Ironically would be more accurate than putting Giganotosaurus and Tyrannosaurus together, even when going to the 20 million year gap). Coelophysis did coexist with other Dicynodonts, specifically Placerias in North America.

Dino Crisis is a terrible source for information... everything in those games are inaccurate. Actual Inostrancevia, like all gorgonopsids, are thought to be active predatory animals, relying on speed and power to tackle prey, and would be more than capable of hunting and killing goats.
I would assume they'd depict it as realistic enough... which is to say, nothing like it was depicted as in Dino Crisis 2, which honestly looked like they fused it with Scutosaurus.
