Trashed my 1st Asp with 1 million in palladium by being too sleepy to lower the landing gear on station approach....

However, last night (after the ill advised attempt to refuel and taking pictures by flying between a contact binary pair) I found myself 40 000 ls out from the G7 star I'd decided to stop at and survey

Luckily , space is very big and planets are very small when you've dozed off leaning on the throttle :D

...you're making 3-stop trips, earning credits like crazy when you realize you just hyperspaced back to the station you'd just left. Yet didn't realize it til you docked. :)

If ED ever gets the feature that allows 2 players to be in same cockpit then one can imagine the co-pilot trying frantically to nudge the pilot awake! As the ship boosts into the station's interior wall when leaving!

Lol, thanks for the laughs guys, I can't count the number of times I have woken up to find drool on my keyboard :rolleyes: just a sign of getting old I guess.

I don't even have to be asleep first to find drool on my keyboard. That comes as a result of leaning forward with intense concentration at our age :D

Oh god, no. Denture replacement is too expensive and there's plenty of teeth gnashing done in this game.
It's also part of my characters attitude, it looks like I don't have any teeth but they're right beside me if I need them and pirates often find out the hard way. :mad::D

Every time I put my dentures in the cat runs off and hides. Might have something to do with a load of teeth flying toward her when I sneezed one day.

Perhaps it's worthwhile asking the developers to forego the Bobblehead on the dashboard and have an image of tumbler with dentures in it! Sealed of course, to prevent shorting out any equipment. It may have to have a child safe lid!:eek:

I remember when I was nipper, that the whole family was involved in searching for our ol' man's dentures every so often. If he'd played ED the title of this thread would have been -
'You know you're too drunk to play when ...' :)
