Did you guys from frontier saw this post on bug report section ?
I hope so, one week now and now news about this issue.... The Long Dark (Game Preview) made it right u guys did something wrong in the process and can't fix it or just tell us anything about this issue. You guys are losing alot of money from new possible backers all around the world....

It seems to be a language restriction on the Xbox side. Apparently the Elite Preview is only available to the locales that Xbox associates with English, German or French. If Xbox associates a locale with at least one other language, it's not available.
The following Xbox locales can see the Preview in the store:
Australia (English)
Canada (English/French)
Czech Republic (English)
Germany (German)
Greece (English)
France (French)
Ireland (English)
Israel (English)
Hungary (English)
New Zealand (English)
Austria (German)
Saudi Arabia (English)
Switzerland (German/French)
Slovakia (English)
South Africa (English)
United Arab Emirates (English)
United Kingdom (English)
United States (English)
The following Xbox locales can NOT see the Preview in the store:
Argentina
Belgium
Brazil
Chile
China
Colombia
Denmark
Finland
Hong Kong
India
Italia
Japan
Korea
Netherlands
Norway
Poland
Portugal
Russia
Singapore
Spain
Sweden
Taiwan
Turkey
The strict assocations between locale and language have been a known issue with Xbox for a long time. Why Xbox does not just associate English with every locale is beyond me. It would solve this problem with the Elite Preview and other issues as well.
