The game has suddenly stopped recognizing that I have the Horizons add-on and won’t let me conduct surface missions. I’ve tried restarting my console, but that hasn’t helped. Is there something I can do to fix it?

Ok, I see its not just me. Something is wrong server side apparently. I just launched and headed back to a planet I go to to do surface mining and it dropped me out of supercruise just as I arrived and said I was too close. I did notice it took it a long time for it to connect to the frontier servers. Had the spinning circle for about 2 minutes. Guess that's it for me tonight. Fdev work it out please.
Just happened to me tonight. Went on reddit and 1) cleared XB1 cache still had issue, then 2) uninstalled game and then cleared cache and still not recognizing Horizons.
Xbox service is down US West. Try again when it's working.
Actually, that should have been "Microsoft work it out please" XBL has been having some serious issues recently
