Not sure where to post it, but wth is with adding a shipping cost to a DLC purchase

I just went to do the same, this is really strange...
Not particularly helpful, always gone through frontier store don't want some sort of disjointed account bug for whatever reason...
Maybe, do you know if there is any way of asking frontier directly? Surely if I buy it through steam they get ~2/3rds of the payment anyway since steam takes a cut. Doesn't really make any sense?

Maybe, just maybe, things like this should be an indicator to not go through the Frontier store anymore. I'd send an e-mail to customer support as Vardaugas said. Don't support practices like this, no matter who the company is.

Same for me, Odyssey costs £29.99 but then for some reason there's a £3 "shipping fee".

Forgive the possibly daft question but why, when I go to buy Odyssey through the Frontier Store, is there a shipping charge of £3? I assumed it was just a download, so what is it shipping and is there a way around it?
Yep, went with that. I guess it's just some silly bug that's slipped through during this hectic launch...

Buying it on steam didn't work for me refunded it all, since apparently your frontier account refuses to acknowledge your steam ownership when you log via steam. They really do know how to constantly mess things up and not want to buy their stuff.
