Newcomer / Intro "Notification Tile | Objective Complete | VALUE FIELD" <- any idea what it means?

1-week old account, out doing exobiology, first planetary landing in the system, 3rd one mapped, got the first footfall notifier, then while scanning 2nd sample of 1st bio I got this:

Seems like a placeholder of some kind, but I wonder what it was holding the place of?

ETA: no missions showing in transactions tab, no email arrived after it happened. Everything carried on normally so far.

Did you see it yourself? The first footfall notifier had already appeared and gone away before I saw this, and I was scanning my second bio, so wondered if it was a placeholder for something else.

ED is full of bugs, that is one of them. If it doesn't stop you from playing, don't worry about it
