Ok, let's be real for a second: Who thinks the NPC crew are FUGLY to look at? A lot of times the hair color and eyebrows are completely different colors and their faces look like something out of Mass Effect Andromeda (and yes I went there). I think they should let us, upon hiring the crew, customize their appearance at least a little. We have "Holo-Me" for our own commanders so something like this wouldn't be much of a stretch to implement.

The update (from legacy horizons) made my FC crew ugly.
Ok... fine, I'll just RNG some new ones.
But no... the same exact handful of characters keep coming up over and over.
FDev broke crew RNG and never bothered to fix it? They're all ugly now and very little or zero variation.
So, yeah, just let us customize our own crew and avoid all these problems.
