NPC Crews that are dynamic & animated

Please add Hireable NPC crew that we can see in our ships with animations and a good dialog tree for different events. Also please add animated ground crews and civilian running /floating around the station docking platform. This game is sterile and boring without the human presence.

I just made a suggestion similar to this, i suggested Heroic NPCs that look like the Dev team; imagine hiring Sandy with his cowboy hat, and flying through the galaxy with him as your wingmate. it would all be RNG of course.. almost like a rare pokemon or a hero from master of orion, they would have godly stats but be ultra rare and if you knew they were from the dev team i feel you would be way more invested in keeping them alive, and you might even try to seek them out and find them for fun.
