NPC lip synch

I've noticed since today's update that the NPC pilots in Apex shuttles move their mouths long after the speech ends - also noticed it with a barman.

Is there a simple fix for this? I don't recall it happening much before.

The only thing I've noticed about the NPC pilots is they all seem to have the old skin setting now.

What is / was the new skin setting?

Maybe it wasn't (just) the barman glitching the lip synch, as I notice the Apex desk person keeps moving their lips after the speech has finished, though it is intermittent and was just fine the last time - perhaps it is a servers thing.

Since long ago I've noticed APEX npcs being late with the animation, just as the ones in settlements don't seem to have one..
