Horizons NPC module stuff?

Doing a dangerous Black Box collection. 6 or 7 NPCs turn up and, well, after a few seconds of fiddling, I have a foreign object attached to my hull.
I can understand the hull-breaker limpet on it's way towards my butt!
But this Foreign Object has me intrigued.
Can some brainiacs please shed some light on this? Even a torch? Please. :S

To add, the NPCs knock out my "Very Hard" shield in 1 second. (Not hard you say? I ram Anacondas and Corvettes in my Python. Takes out their shields and doesn't hurt my shield) (much) [big grin]

Yeah those mission can turn south quick.... always a rush when that happens. We will often take those missions in wings of 4, we all split up to collect them as most of the time nothing happens, but when it does go south we scream for help and the cavalry turns up. Good times!
Can you send us a screen shot of this foreign object or was it just a message?

d8veh: Not a hatch breaker limpet, unless they come in 2 parts.
The first message is "A foreign body is attached to you ship (or hull)
the second message is about a hatchbreaker limpet is aiming for your ship. The words are not exact here as Marcus said, it is PANIC MODE!

Sorry Marcus, no video, but you have given me an idea. When I get into PalCon I will get a wing set up to video the action. I am very interested in finding out if the messages are just 2 of the same action. Just different words.

Hey Marcus, I know you will read this, so just wanted to say I was interdicted by a missile carrying Corvette and an Anaconda. I defeated both. And left with a busted windsceen and 37% hull.
Just remember, these guys are dangerous or elite NPCs, not super killer engineered commanders. (Yes! I did ram the Corvette when his shields returned super fast)[wacky]

Palcon is a lazy way of saying "Paladin Consortium Wing"

I know that Engineered combat ships would have me for breakfast.

My monitor died this morning. I am using a smallish tv and my 71 year old eyes are bleeding. :D
