NPC Shield regen' speed?

They are as follows:-
1 x Huge Beam laser (G5 efficient c/w thermal transfer)
2 x Medium Beam laser (G5 Efficient)
2 x Large Multicannon (G5 overcharged c/w corrosive)
2 x Medium Multicannon (G5 overcharged)

recommend changing it about a bit for next time...
On bottom

2 x Medium Beam laser (G5 Efficient) ( any thing you like)

All gimballed..

Sub Target shield generator with multi cannons when shield gone... then go after Power plant...
 
NPC's are masters of pip management, power priorities, and turning on/off modules. They probably turn of their boosters once the shield breaks, as the shields seem less strong the 2nd time around. Same thing why they can still shoot after their PP goes to 0, they turn of shields and other modules.
I saw them run out of SCBs, heat-sinks and chaff. Can't say anything about ammo as they are usually dead before they would run out. Never saw an NPC fire a torpedo. They always high-wake, so no mass lock. Even an Eagle with some hrps and non-standard armor reaches easily 1000 hull hp and not all weapons are hitting that small target all the time, especially the turret and gimballed ones.
