NVIDIA 344.75 causing crashes?

Same here, MSI gtx970, nVIDIA latest drivers and I keep on having crashes, yesterday 3 times in a row. The screen goes purple or black, sound still works but the screen starts to flicker violently, alt+ctrl+canc finally works but no way of maximizing the ED window again (it flickers). Error says "video driver failed and was recovered" or something like that.
Had also a BSOD with system dump. If I'm lucky I can end the ED process and start again, otherwise have to reboot.

This looks like an overclock failure or a hardware failure.

I have had 3 crashes (not crash to desktop - reset button required) since updating to 1.0.1 and nvidia driver 344.75.

Cannot say which it is..

Anyone else?

I was having a problem with an earlier version which may have been 344.75. There's a newer driver out and haven't had any issues so far.
