It's working fine in JWE so I think it's a safe bet.
And if not in Planet Coaster you can hide the UI, so it's quite easy to make great screenshots.
I expect that to be at least in the game.
Of course with Ansel you have more options and filters, etc.

I love the filters and tools in Ansel. Really hoping to have it in this game. Especially since animals are likely going to be very good photo subjects.
In JWE, you can brighten up a dark shot just enough to bring out the details, sharpen it, blur the background to give your subject better focus.

i would recomment to Ansel a intern Photomode like in JWE maybe with more features and with the same possibilities to make screenshots
