Object Textures not loading (PS4)

Most of my Objects will not load the textures. This is on PS4 with plenty of hard drive space. So sad right now.

Some items load textures and then go back to being very low res. I did rebuild the database on my PS4, but that did not help. Sorry for bugging you. :-(
