Odd orbit line, maybe?

Working my way back in the from the edge I came across this C3GG with 8 hmc moons and decided to map them. Upon approach to the GG I noticed this creep over the horizon as I approached. I'm at a loss as to what it is. Orbit line? Wobble line? Never seen one disappear into a planet before.

Thanks for the replies. It has 8 HMC moons and it does has another HMC binary. Let me go grab the mass of that last HMC. Back in a few to edit and add here.

Yes, the body merely "wobbles" , quite a few bodies have this. it just looks super weird if you're unaware of it, especially if the resulting line is small enough to intersect that way.
 
Yep, that's its orbit around the common barycenter with that HMC in binary. As Sapyx pointed out, it looks like it's really close to the limit before that would be considered a moon, rather than a binary planet. So you can only see a portion of the orbit protruding from the surface.
