Odyssey - constant crash on preparing planetary generation system

Hi guys,

Somebody have that problem too? Game starts, than it stops at 0% on preparing planetary generation system and after a while it crash.

Horizons works fine, but Odyssey not.

Game on Steam, i verified local files, I reinstalled drivers, i set graphics settings to mid in horizons - nothing helped.

I know graphic card is not standard, but it supports all requirements and is quite good - i can play many games on high settings without a problem. Horizons on ultra run smooth..

It has something to do with processor interrupts (I believe). The dirty fix is to hit the windows key then go back into the game repeatedly until you get to 100%. It's annoying but it works. You can also plug and unplug your usb keyboard and or mouse as this causes some background activity. Im sure theres a more technical definition of what this does available but it seems to work for me hope it works for you.

....also. Once you are past that and on the start screen you should be able to exit the game and re enter and it should go much faster and without all the crazy back and forth with the windows key. That is... until you update your graphics card driver or make any similar changes.
