I am based in the bubble with my fleet but I flew my ASPx out to Colonia to open Engineers. I'm kind of OCD when it comes to the games content...
My question is, there are some greyed out engineers (Rosa Dayette, Hero Ferrari, and Kit Fowler) but I have learned of them (Log Learned) but greyed out as mentioned and no known Allegiance or Home system.
Do I need to finish known engineers requirements to open greyed out engineers to open (such as Rosa Dayette wants 10 Opinion polls which I have but I don't know where to deliver them. But there are some new engineers that are open via invited but not finished.
Can any Commanders give me some advice or tips on my mistakes on this subject?
