Hello!
I've a couple of questions about that age old Elite conversation piece, instancing; which maybe the Community Managers could add to their list of questions if they happen to see this...
1) How many on the ground players, players in ships, and people in SRVs can there be in the same instance of a settlement?
2) Im in an instance and steal a power core from a planetary settlement and it powers down. I then fly off to complete the mission. At what point is this change reflected in the other instances of the same planetary settlement?
3) Following on from the above question - If I leave the instance to complete the mission, but then fly back into it what would I see? I powered down settlement, or one with all the lights on?
Im sure there's heps more of these but those just spring to mind. Dav must have having a right old time with the networking in this update
