That, or at worst (and it is a bad compromise), allow overseas applicants the option to pay shipping costs if they win, and otherwise the competition runners can redraw to pick someone else if the overseas winner says no to that.
Overseas winners would have to also accept that for any warranty claims, they'd need to deal with the manufacturers directly. A receipt of goods from Overclockers UK would be enough for that.
For anyone not in UK or ROI who entered though, I wouldn't hold my breath lol. It is what it is, and will not likely change.
