Newcomer / Intro Odyssey missions in Horizon? assume this is bug?

I;m looking at a combat mission. "Urgent kill order"
mission details show Target Settlement: Lockwood Landing
I dont own Odyssey and I'm assuming this is an Odyssey only mission?
Is this a known bug, or am I actually able to complete this?

It's not an Odyssey settlement from what I can see. It's a Horizons installation. There should be a data beacon you can scan that will give you the location of the target.

Ah, I see, so, its a bit like going to a nav beacon to get target location.

No worries.

Sometimes the installations have guns and don't take kindly to being scanned, from your ship at least. 4 pips to shields!
