They've got the rigs, mocap data is cheap; I suspect it was probably a design choice to try and prevent the "less mature" from stinking out the joint with silliness. Could be put in pretty quickly if there's a perceived market, though.

The first thing I'm going to look at is how collision detection between commanders works. I already have horror visions of 10 or more people clumped together in a single heap. Be assured, you are not the only one who dips on that one in the foreground.
