4 rounds of manti pistol and 2 from the LR finish many a foe(one stripe enemies), the hit radius needs to be tweaked, otherwise learn to aim without lead(and yes i did hit 2 out of 5 times from hip, which is normal with sniper in a balanced fps)
The Executioner is amazing. It could use some adjustments (it's a touch too erratic when hip fired) but it's devastating once you get used to its fire behaviour. I've had a blast with it. All the other plasma weapons are poor though, not better than other alternatives. P-15 is the best pistol by far, so long as you have an energy weapon main.
Actually, the only thing the Executioner fails at is being a sniper due to the lack of accuracy (seriously) at long range and how long it takes to travel. You can manage if your target is sat still. But at mid to short range, the thing's a beast. My favourite weapon in the game.

Every single weapon needs a once over.
The worst thing about the weapons is who ever designed the optics and cross hairs have NEVER seed down a rifle sight before because let me tell you something.
You know what a really bad color to make your weapon reticle in a game where light blue is one of the most common color and the color of shields being hit? Light freaking blue.

The Executioner is an absolute beast. If you ever say anything bad about it again, I'll shoot you with it.

Why wouldn't you ADS a marksman rifle? Please explain this to me. I might need diagrams.
The plasma assault rifle is utterly useless - the AR-50 is far superior.

Yeah the plasma rifle is horrid, its not wroth even taking.
So far i have found the executioner is the only good weapon, just because it can 2 tap things and kills the fastest.
The other wepaons would be fine IF, they did not take forever to swap to, because you basically are forced to use a thermal or plasma weapon against shileds, trying to swap from one to the other takes way to long to do.
Executioner is the best weapon right now because it 2 taps everything.
The only thing that would maek it better is if they fixed the "scope" and it shot faster.

I'm actually liking the Plasma weapons. I'm doing very well with the sniper rifle and the shotgun, very powerful indeed. Might make the sniper rifle my go to main weapon it is so good!
These are essentially my sentiments with the few limited engagements I've had using the Manticore weapons thus far. Their muzzle velocities boarder on "45 mph grapefruit with a neon sign dangling from it that says DOGE ME!" territory.

Hahaha, I unloaded a Plasma Rifle on an unsuspecting scav and barely made a dint in their unprotected ass! Totally useless.
Plasma Sniper is ridiculous. No scope and plasma speed too slow to be remotely accurate. Just terrible. I want to one shot an unshielded mob with a sniper rifle!

The opposite actually.
You no longer need the Laser-Kinetic swap to defeat lower level enemies. A Laser Rifle can kill just fine if you hit with most of your shots. A single Clip is usually enough.
Got the tormentor pistol in G2 as well and I find it sooo satisfiying to use, it basically became my main weapon.
