Encoded: Go to Jameson's Crash Site, scan the 4 data things, and do the relogging until you're completely full.
Raw: Head to where I'm heading this morning in the picture below, and farm crystal shards until your eyes bleed and you're full.
Manufactured: Go to high pop systems and scan down High Grade Emissions signals with the system scanner. When you collect it, quit game totally to desktop and when you log back in and jump to supercruise there will be a signal source right behind you which is that same HGE again so loop around and loot it over and over again.
This will get you full of all the grade 5 mats so you can trade them down for your other mats you need. If anyone tells you there's a better way to knock out some engineering, they are wrong.
