Buy for 10,206 , sell for 16,445.
20 minutes for pure 700k money.

Well this evening I logged in to check the market on my new home and I saw that ImpSlaves have risen in price and are about 15k now.
So I went to my old home hoping they are still cheap but no. So I wondered around and found a system that exports slaves and another that imports. 5 jumps distance.

High Supply, High Demand. Jackpot!

YAY! :D

em...
where to where? :D

~20-30 ly from Achenar :D

All these shortenings of names...getting me confused y'all :D

What with Imps and verses, I thought we might be in for an odd looking poetry slam :D

On topic...Human trafficking is hugely profitable, that is why it is so impossible to stop in a world where it is widely illegal.

Noiw the question is where..... hah. Probably one of the smuggle runs for Senator Torval?

Nope, both markets are legal and were long existent.

Imperial Slaves ^_^

Found the same thing found the price had risen to 15k ... Shot off to next system to fill hold with slaves at 10k.... returned 15 minutes later to find the price had miraculously dropped 5k and the profit / tonne was now 150Cr ... not 5k Cr + / Tonne. I have heard of volatile markets but seriously a 33% price drop in 15 minutes?????

Makes you kind of worried about buying any trade goods just in case you know another random 33%price cut leaves you with a hold full of expensive space debris to jettison.

Second run.

Same profit more money.

Will see for how long it will last. Even if they stop buying in one system I know about 3-4 extra places to sell with at least minimal losses.

And since I'm trading with Empire <> Empire, Emperor loves me! More rating!

Yeah that happened to me today, but only once. I was getting around 5.5k profit per unit. I only had a cobra with 32 cargo unfortunately (i'm a bounty hunter so it isn't outfitted for pure trade), and only about 20 slaves since I didn't have enough capital to load up. I made over 100k profit in a one jump trade! I was so super excited I forgot to load up on return trip trade goods before launching back to the imp slaves source.

Unfortunately, when I got back with more slaves (had enough to load up 32 this time), they were back to 600-1k credit profit.... I was saddened. Anyway it bumped me up from penniless to peddler in one transaction so I guess there is that.

Maybe there was a weird bump (or a bug) in the persisted economy that caused this? It was just this morning for me around 10:30am eastern US time. I know most of you are on GMT so I guess that was 3:30pm for you. Anyone else happen to see this around that time?

I think its a bug since many of the stations i've checked out have had different Galactic Averages marked for Imp. Slaves. Some say 10,000 others say 16,000.

I demand a wipe immediately! It's only fair, we can't all be home at the same instant to take advantage of the same things!

(/joke, if you couldn't tell)

The trading has been completely screwed up for a time now, we have no "bone" to chew on. Everything is unsure, demands and supplies go up and down randomly etc. Trade data is 100% inaccurate.

If that was true there wouldnt be players in pythons and anacondas.
