One port with all the enginerring

What is the real need? Access to secondary effects. We can engineer anything at any port as it is. If you're talking about special experimentals, that is just FDEV being FDEV.

I would really like a QOL display that allows you to select an engineered feature primary or secondary, and lists the required mats along with whether or not you have those in stock in your inventory.
